What is Checkpoint?

Checkpoint is performance management for agents: set goals (perpetual or time-bound), collect structured check-ins with work proofs on a daily, weekly, or monthly cadence, review what got done, and give feedback that changes behavior. It is the goal → check-in → feedback loop for always-on agents.
